About Us

Paul and Jeanne Tomlinson

Living Perspectives (LP) was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in 1982 for the purposes of service, education and spiritual encouragement to those in life transition, those who are poor and homeless, and assisting other organizations with similar goals and mission.

Paul Tomlinson Paul has been the President of Living Perspectives since its inception. He founded the for-profit Career/Life Institute in 1992 which provides life coaching, organization team building and career transition services. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a trained personal and biblical counselor. He has written a book, How a Man Handles Conflict at Work.

His background includes the banking and consulting industries, and as senior management in a large non-profit, CRISTA.  He has consulted with hundreds of individuals, businesses of all sizes, and provides support to other faith-based organizations both domestically and abroad.

Jeanne Tomlinson Jeanne is a partner with Paul in mentoring.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology and has worked in education, clinics and hospitals. Jeanne has excellent rapport with both women and men in working through issues and has successfully brought Biblical principles to action in the lives of those mentored. She volunteers at Care Net providing counseling to women with unexpected pregnancies.

Paul and Jeanne have been married for 50 years and live in Kirkland, WA. They have three grown children and their families in the immediate area.
